Liners to your drawing. 100 pieces at a time.
Curved, cut, drilled and countersunk chromium carbide liners, produced in repeatable series. One template or a full production batch, every piece to the same dimensions.
Pick the overlay for the duty
The right liner is the thinnest one that still outlives your maintenance window. Four tiers cover everything from skirtboard rubbing to extreme sliding abrasion.
| Overlay | Duty | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|
| 3–4 mm | Light | Skirtboards, dust chutes, fan casings, low-velocity guides |
| 5–6 mm | Medium | Transfer chutes, hopper walls, screen feed boxes |
| 8–10 mm | Heavy | Primary chutes, truck-bed liners, crusher surrounds |
| 12–25 mm | Extreme | High-impact transfer points, dredging, heavy mining duty |
A recent production run: 156 pieces of 25 mm liners in one batch, consistency checked piece by piece. All liners carry the same chromium carbide deposit as our TW200 plates: hardness up to 64 HRC, SGS-measured.

MATCHED SETS · NUMBERED FOR INSTALLATION
Multi-segment cones and chute kits delivered as matched sets, numbered for installation order.
In service, mid-shift
A live material stream running over TW liner plates in a transfer chute. The ribbed overlay takes the hit. The structure behind it stays untouched. Thirteen seconds, no staging.
This is the duty our liners are built for: continuous flow, point impact, sliding abrasion.
Batch consistency you can bolt on
CHECKED THROUGH THE BATCH
A liner series is only as good as its worst piece. Dimensions and overlay thickness are checked through the batch, so piece #147 fits the same bolt pattern as piece #1. No site grinding, no drama at the shutdown.
